I agree with you entirely. However the spamming of blogs I wouldn’t tolerate if I was the webmaster of that blog. Also the more people that comment on the blog the less valuable the link back to your website becomes.

i came from google in the search of the good do follow blog list and here i get the best software of the dofollow blog. whenever i have visited the other site they have written under the niche of the dofollow blof list but in that the most of them are the no follow one

I’m not the sandbox exists as you describe it. I think it’s a myth which internet marketers have created to ensure competition doesn’t over take them. Think of how many links the first site that announced Michael Jacksons death got in a matter of hours? I bet that site wasn’t sandboxed.
